Can Omega 3 Fish Oil Prevent PMS?
Okay, now, let’s talk about premenstrual syndrome or PMS – a female condition that has no known cause and no complete cure, either. Why are some women more susceptible to PMS than others? Can something be done about it? Well, let’s see…

- Drink lots of water. You need it.
- Supplement, supplement, and supplement. You need all the help you can get. Sadly, not all the nutrients that you need can be supplied by your diet. That’s why you need to take a good quality supplement, especially one that is rich in omega 3 oils.
