The founder of Monarch Health Promotions, Michelle L. Taylor has been in the healthcare industry for 16 years in Tucson, Arizona. Michelle is a Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist, a nationally Certified Asthma Educator, and a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and Instructor, as well as a Certified Health Coach. She has collaborated with The American Lung Association, The American Cancer Society, and The University of Arizona’s Healthcare Partnership program as a speaker, instructor, and health educator.
For many years, Michelle worked in specialty pharmaceuticals, and forged many strategic partnerships while educating hospitals and physicians on the best pharmacological choices and treatment options available for their patients.
Michelle has been a professional advisor for Wellspring Healthcare’s National Employee Wellness Program; St. Elizabeth’s Health Center’s Latina Women’s Wellness Outreach Grant Project, Girls Incorporated of Southern Arizona and is currently a consultant for Kronos Optimal Health and The National Spina Bifida Association. Michelle serves as the Vice-Chair of The Marana Chamber of Commerce Health and Safety Committee and served on the 1st Annual Asthma Walk and Marana Healthy Mom’s Committees. She belongs to and supports many professional groups and community organizations dedicated to health equity, respiratory disease awareness, tobacco prevention and community health education.
