George Van Antwerp is aVice President at Silverlink Communications where he is responsible for leading the company’s Paradigm Service offering. Silverlink’s Paradigm Service provides end-to-end solutions for healthcare enterprises who want to maximize the results of their communications programs. This service incorporates multiple modes of communication and is typically provided on a pay-for-performance basis.
George has deep-industry expertise within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector. He was previously at Express Scripts, Inc. where he was Senior Director of Product Management responsible for increasing mail order utilization and for leading the generic efforts across the company. George launched numerous products for Express Scripts including a $0 copay program, generic sampling, GenericsWork, and developed processes and improved program profitability for step therapy and other trend management offerings.
Prior to Express Scripts, George was a consulting manager with Ernst & Young LLP where he worked across industries on process reengineering, data warehousing, performance management, and organizational change management projects.
George has given numerous webinars and been quoted in several publications such as Managed Healthcare Executive and Employee Benefit News. George has a MBA and a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
