Losing Weight Is a Project - This is the mindset of many people, who want to lose weight and fail!
When reaching a goal such as losing weight is thought of as a project or a major undertaking, people are using the wrong mindset. A mindset that will make self-actualization difficult, unnatural and, often times, impossible.
Thinking about losing weight as a project, fails to use the power of the mind and brain.

I thought for sure my friend would want to be empowered by thoughts to make weight loss manageable and natural. I was shocked that my friend didn’t hear what I was saying.
I was not trying to make losing weight a bigger project.
Please don’t look at mental fitness training as a project or tedious activity. Mental fitness training is learning to release intra-psychic conflicts and naturally achieve goals such as weight loss through repetitive thinking and focusing.
I do not believe that successful thinking is a tedious activity or project. You can learn the secrets for thinking and becoming thin.
