No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

His mother told him that, after an older brother had impregnated his girlfriend.  He recalled, that his mother never wanted him to associate with girls.  He was not able to play with girls during his childhood.  When he began dating, his mother ridiculed him in front of friends and relatives.

This young boy now is an adult and married with grown children and grandchildren.  He married a woman  with a similar family background.  His wife also was raised with the message, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

I first met this man, because he was suffering from lifelong anxiety.  His anxiety was controlling his life and interfering with his ability to work.  The effect of his anxiety on his life was the old parental message, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

It began as a well intended message from a loving, responsible anxious parent.  Haven’t we all heard in our childhood, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

This will intended message from childhood was nurtured and reinforced by grandparents, friends, teachers, ministers and other powerful influences.

Many children live and have lived in a world of No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

As children, they want to be free to be themselves, but learn to suppress and repress their freedom and individuality as they comply with the message, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

Without conscious awareness, many of these children grew up to be adults expecting their worlds to be constructed with the thought No! No! No! Don’t Do That!   Adults raised on this message, unconsciously motivate themselves with the thought, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

For many people this well intended parental message, becomes an unconscious script for living their life.  For many people their comfort zone is choreographed by the thought, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

For many people who consciously are motivated to explore their environment and self actualize, these efforts are completely neutralized by the unconscious motivation from childhood, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

Problems in living, anxiety, depression, addictions, midlife crisis, failures in life, and disillusionment in life are some of the results of the unconscious determination and law of attraction centered around No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

When the thought, No! No! No! Don’t Do That, is unconsciously in control of our minds, we attract negative individuals, fear, anxiety, failed dreams and blocked ambition into their lives.

If you are blocked and not attracting into your life what you consciously want, maybe unconsciously you are being motivated by:  No! No! No! Don’t Do That!  Successful self-actualization of yourself and your dreams is not possible, if you are unconsciously motivated by No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

My next post will give some suggestions for change this life script, No! No! No! Don’t Do That!

I want to conclude with the statements:

Children Live within the Environment Created by Their Parent’s Choices!

Adults Live within the Environment Created by Their Parent’s Choices and Their Life Scripts!

We all live Within the Environment Created by Our Unconscious and Conscious Choices!

We Can Change Our Environment and Unconscious Life Scripts By Changing Our Choices!
